Hi Sean, I remember you. No, I hadnt heard, thanks for letting me know. I had seen him not too long before when I visited him on the Egg at Newmarks Dec 2011. The end of an era, sad.
Im looking for 3 cheap starter boards for my triplets. They are only 10 years old and just starting out. Something kinda cheap (under a $100??) would be great! I live in Huntington but would like to come and see what you have, possibly next weekend. Any suggestions? Thank you!
Does that mean, that all the Kristofs would be dead&WJNot quite that drastic. I was thinking of more like a required medical treatment for their disorder, lobotomies or shock treatment, that sort of thing&..LOL
I don\'t even know what to say, this made things so much easier!
Wow DavidThis is just terrific. What an image you have painted here with your words I could feel the discomfort while I was reading it. Just fabulous!Christine
Hello, thanks for the mention of my whitework tute on my blog! Brye, I think if you havent seen it already, you would love Electric Quilt software. I love it! You design your quilt and then print out the pattern and specs for exactly what fabric to buy. It even allows you to scan in your actual fabric so you can see how it will look. Very cool!
An intelligent point of view, well expressed! Thanks!
Dear Carl, it's completely unclear to me why you think that you have "explained" complex numbers.A number that squares to minus one is the *defining property* of the imaginary unit "i". You just "found" one (complicated) application - among thousands - where the imaginary unit and/or complex numbers emerge. The condition that a quantity squares to a negative number appears at thousands of other places, too. For example, it's the coefficient in the exponent of oscillating functions - that are eigenvectors under differentiation. Why do you think that Clifford algebras are special?
